In this video, i show you an example of a video clip where the sound from the video doesn’t match the audio we hear. this is video audio sync issue and can easily be fixed within the camtasia 9. I imported video (mov) from my nikon d7100--both audio and video from the camera. and they are grossly out of sync yet the video plays fine in quicktime. it will not play in sync in camtasia 2.. To sync video and audio is to line them up so the audio matches the video in a new video file. sometimes, through video conversion, download or other means, the video and audio can become out of sync so the audio is delayed or plays too soon in a video..
Hello, we just wanted to let those following this thread know that we have a fix for the audio syncing issue which will be our in the next release of camtasia studio.. Problem. when recording a video, how can the audio that is pre-recorded be in sync with the new recording? solution. this capability is not supported in camtasia (mac) but there is an easy workaround.. Presently i used a program to extract the audio into .mp3 format separate, and windows movie maker to extract the video alone into a .wmv silent video. since i have the .mp3 file i loaded it into audacity so that i can add and subtract time in order to synchronize the audio file manually into windows movie maker along with the .wmv silent video..
